1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, personalized, or altered products.
- Sale items marked non-refundable at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Email us at support@regalllc.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you must ship the item back to our address at your expense (unless the item is defective).
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of return approval.
